Herbal Tea Body Wraps

Ingredients:
10 Chamomile Tea Bags
Hot Water
Clean Sheet

Method:
Soak your clean sheet in a bowl with the Chamomile Tea bags for a good 10 minutes. Remove the sheet from the tea and squeeze the tea out. Immediately wrap the sheet around your body, avoid constricting yourself whereby you are uncomfortable. After this take cling wrap and wrap over the sheet in order to ensure your sheet stays wrapped around your body. Relax for 20 minutes (set a timer) either in an empty bath or on an air mattress. After your 20 minutes, take a warm shower.

Benefits of a Chamomile Tea Body Wrap?
Body Wraps are generally a good way to rid your body of toxins but the best part about a Chamomile Body wrap is that Chamomile is actually very good for your inside and out. Chamomile has a relaxing effect when drank to soothe your brain and mind, so you can only imagine how good Chamomile is when used as a body treatment. Chamomile has a healing and anti oxidant effect which cleanses and moisturizers your skin.

Personally, I recommend having a Chamomile tea with a slice of lemon after your wrap session to ensure you take full advantage of the Chamomile Tea Session.
