With today’s stress, we all find that we need to take some time out to relax, however this is not always possible. Usually when one takes time out they get behind in their day to day commitments, so we have discovered that there are some DIY soul soothers for one to do in their own time. Simple tasks that give you’re the same experience as attending meditation classes, yoga or spas.
Coming up soon, we will be offering DIY soul soothers for you to do in the comfort of your own home and we will also be assisting you with ways to relax and meditate to ensure your stress levels decrease and energy levels increase.

Here are a few Soul Soothers to try at home whereby you can relax and distress from the days tasks.
- Have a long bath with candle light
- Turn off your cellphone, radio and tv and sit outside amongst nature

- If you have a lake or sea close to home, take a stroll and watch the water which gives one a soothing effect
- Enjoy a cup of chamomile Tea while reading a newspaper
